‘GREENSPACE’ RETURNS TO SUN ʼn FUNSUN ‘n FUN CAMPUS, LAKELAND, FL. - When you think of “environmentally friendly products and services,” aviation may not be the first industry that comes to mind. But SUN ʼn FUN is working to change all that with the return of an exhibit area known as “GreenSpace” that will have a prominent location at this year’s SUN ʼn FUN International Fly-In & Expo which will be held April 13 – 18 at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport in Lakeland, FL.During last year's Fly-In & Expo, SUN ʼn FUN unveiled a new area on its event site that underscores its continuing commitment to the future of aviation: an exhibit featuring aviation-oriented products and services that are “friendly” to the environment. Called the "GreenSpace," the exhibit featured Randall Fishman's ElectraFlyer-C airplane; an electric car; a hybrid car; the Lindbergh Foundation's “Green Investment Program”; a children's educational area; the City of Lakeland's water and soil conservation displays; a Florida Refuse recycling exhibit; and numerous other exhibitors focused on “green” products, services and lifestyles.Listen for more or click here: Green Space at SUN 'n FUN.Special thanks to Dr. David Kolbaba for recording this announcement. |
